Short and long stay

Short and long stay

Our short & long stay living facility is aimed at providing professional guidance and supervision 24/7 for adults who struggle with mental health issues and would benefit from a structured living environment.
Short Stay is for 3 to 6 months period.

Long Stay is for up to 12 months and is proposed for those who are entitled to AVBZ care.

Short and long stay is open to persons between 20 and 60, and provides a structured guided living program. It aims at helping clients to recover their lost skills, to restore their well-being, and to be able to successfully function in the community. In some cases, adequate housing is a problem or finding a job to be able to pay rent for an apartment. Short and long stay provides opportunity for a person to gradually move back to a normal life in the community.

When the person is willing, meets the criteria for admittance and an agreement contract is signed, the person moves in the living facility of the Mental Health Foundation.

The client will enroll in the activities of the day learning center.
Further guidance will be provided to help clients cope with everyday life, getting a job, budgeting, cooking and keeping their space and laundry clean.

Personalized Guidance

A mentor will be assigned to the client. Based on their case, personal needs. Development goals will be constructed and pursued.
