MHF is a secondary healthcare provider, which means that we can only accept clients with a referral letter by a general practitioner. Check with your doctor first!
2. A Valid ID or Passport
3. from SZV or private insurance.

Private Insurance: you must cover costs upfront, and reclaim reimbursement by insurer.
AVBZ: for some care products, AVBZ might be required. AVBZ could be enabled for more than 90 days of treatment.
No valid insurance: you must cover costs yourself.
